Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Each plan shows its monthly streaming allowance above. Once you reach it, streaming pauses until the next month or until you upgrade. We'll notify you before you reach your limit.
What payment methods do you accept?
All prices are in US dollars. Customers in Iraq can pay through local payment methods via Wayl, and invoices can also be settled by bank transfer or cash through our team.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel from your panel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to the free plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Plans with a yearly price can be paid once a year for less than twelve monthly payments; switch the toggle above the plans to see the yearly prices.
