Refund Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Summary

Prices on myLive.pro are in US dollars. If a plan is not right for you, you can ask for a refund from your account. How much is refunded depends on how long ago you paid:

When you askWhat is refunded
Within 24 hours of the paymentThe full amount, with no fee
From 24 hours to 7 days after the paymentThe amount minus a processing fee (currently 10%)
More than 7 days after the paymentNo refund; you can still cancel

2. How to request a refund

  • Refunds are requested only with the "Request refund" button next to the payment in your account (Profile → Billing). Requests sent by email, chat or any other channel are not accepted.
  • The exact amount you would get back is shown before you send the request.
  • Tell us briefly why you are asking for a refund; the payment provider requires a reason.

3. What happens next

  • Every request is reviewed by the myLive.pro team, which may approve it, approve a different amount or reject it. Nothing is refunded automatically.
  • The decision is sent to you by email, and the request's status is shown in your account.
  • An approved refund is returned to the original payment method or, if that is not possible, credited to your myLive.pro account balance. Refunds to the original payment method usually take 3 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your bank or wallet.
  • A refund of the current billing period ends the subscription, and your account moves to the free plan.

4. Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel at any time with the "Request cancellation" button in your account (Profile → Plan), or turn off auto-renewal there. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for, no renewal invoice is issued, and your account moves to the free plan afterwards.

5. Amounts you owe

If your account is allowed a negative balance and a renewal was charged to it, the amount you owe is shown on the Billing page and can be paid there.
